POETIC MINIMALIST AND MATERIC

The project is composed of four units built on top of an underground platform, containing the garages.

Given the particular L-layout of the buildings, a communal garden has been created in the surrounding area where the children of the families living there can play.

The four residences are almost identical and contain 4 apartments each, two on the ground floor with private garden and two on the first floor with spacious, private roof terrace overlooking the valley. Each apartment is composed of from 3.5 to 4.5 rooms with high standing solutions and lifts which open inside the apartments. The external facades are clad in Artesia Murales, anthracite-coloured stone, with cement string-courses and large windows.
