Residenza Zinnia Park

Situated near the district of Lugano, in the municipality of Cureglia (Canton Ticino), the residential complex, Zinnia Park blends well into the extensive green context of the surrounding park, in harmony with the hilly landscape.

It is divided into two zones with different uses: three independent buildings and four semi-detached villas.

The former are, to all intents and purposes, modern revisitations of farm buildings usually located in the countryside, a choice based on the marriage between archaic and modern and between buildings and green countryside.

Brick is without a doubt the main material, combined to contrast with the glass of the glazed parentheses. The pitched roof and the grilled aperture on the facade are the final rural touch to the buildings.
